COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & TERMS OF USE

Community Guidelines

Welcome to the True Better You Family

This community is here to support each other in awakening presence, practicing Mingjue and N-Tone, and living from the True Self. To keep our shared space safe, supportive, and uplifting, we ask that all members honor the following guidelines:

1. Respect the Field

Every word, action, and intention carries information into our collective consciousness field. Please share with kindness, patience, and awareness.

2. Confidentiality & Trust

What is shared in practice circles, classes, or groups stays within the community. Respect the privacy and vulnerability of others.

3. Heart-Centered Communication

Speak and write from your true heart. Listen deeply. Allow differences without judgment. Avoid criticism, gossip, or divisive speech.

4. Personal Responsibility

Our practices can be deeply healing and transformative, but they are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Each member is responsible for their own health, choices, and wellbeing. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

5. Honor the Teachings

The content we share — courses, recordings, texts, and practices — is for your personal journey. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute without permission.

6. Contribute with Joy

Share your experiences, art, insights, and reflections freely. This is a living, co-created community where every contribution adds to the field.

7. Stay Open & Inclusive

All are welcome, regardless of background, experience, or belief system. Bring curiosity and openness to the diversity of voices and cultures in our global family.

8. No Promotions or Spam

This space is for practice and genuine connection. Please do not post advertisements, solicitations, or unrelated content.

9. Keep Presence First

If you feel triggered, pause, return to Mingjue (the observer), and respond from clarity. Our practice is to bring harmony even into challenging moments.

10. Remember Why We’re Here

We come together to awaken pure consciousness, support healing, and grow love, peace, and harmony — in ourselves and in the world.

Haola! Thank you for being part of this community. Together we create a safe, supportive, and joyful field for practice, growth, and transformation.
