Teacher Yuantong Liu
The doorway
Teacher Liu opened the door into Zhineng Qigong for me. He has practiced for more than 40 years and was trained directly by Grandmaster Pang Ming at the Huaxia Center, where he worked closely with him for ten years. In 2011 he certified me in Levels 1 and 2 in Meishan, China, giving my practice its first solid ground. He continues to teach around the world through his Life Qi Center.
Teacher Dao Xin (Wei)
the foundation
Teacher Dao Xin (Wei) built the foundation I stand on: the observer observing itself, the simple and radical turning of awareness back toward its source. I have served as his organizer and translator since 2020, and our Mingjue practices and Healing Wednesdays remain rooted in his teaching.
Rocío Sintas
One Light School, Málaga, Spain
Rocío began practicing Zhineng Qigong in 2017 and soon went to China for a three-month teacher training in the Qingcheng Mountains, followed by 40 days of healing study at the Xi'an Center. She worked closely with Chinese centers and teachers. She organized the first international healing retreats at the Xi'an Center in 2019 and later supported its international teacher training. In 2020 she founded One Light School, where she teaches in person in Málaga and online. Rocío was my teacher during the Xi'an Center's online international teacher training. In 2022 I completed the training at her retreat in Málaga, and photos from those days still greet visitors on her website.
Teacher Xu Junhui
going deeper
Teacher Xu was trained personally and directly by Grandmaster Pang Ming in n̈-Tone. He has practiced for more than 30 years, and for the last several years he has spent extended periods of two to eight months each year in n̈-Tone practice. To my knowledge, no other teacher has practiced n̈-Tone this deeply. He was the first to offer his course online, and a book grew from it, published in German as n̈-Ton Chanten – Meditation als Weg, now revised as Erleuchtung. His approach refines how we can access our full potential as human beings in this lifetime, and his Body and Mind method and n̈-Tone practice now guide our monthly Masterclasses.

For my own practice and learning, I am also studying with Teacher Ye of the Xi'an Zhineng Center. His teaching of Dr. Pang's theory and n̈-Tone offers another angle on the same core practice and deepens my understanding of what I share with you.
