What Is N-Tone Chanting?
N-Tone Chanting uses a single sound - N - as a direct pathway to Yiyuanti, your True Conscious Self.
N has no meaning in any language. That is not incidental - it is the point. Every meaningful sound activates a chain of memory, association, and reaction. N activates none of that. When you chant N, the ordinary movement of awareness outward toward content, concept, and thought goes quiet. What remains is the awareness itself - present, undisturbed, recognising itself.
The two dots above the N symbol are not decorative. One represents the nature of Yiyuanti. The other represents its function. Together they make N the auditory symbol of your True Conscious Self - not a representation of something external, but a resonance with what you already are.
N-Tone was received by Dr. Pang Ming in deep meditation, within the Zhineng Qigong lineage. It has been practised and transmitted by Teacher Xu Junhui and Teacher Ping Dietrich-Shi. This Introduction Course is the place to begin.
Who This Is For
You are new to consciousness practice
You have heard of Qigong, meditation, or sound practice but have not found an entry point that felt precise and real. This course gives you a grounded foundation - not theory, but method.
You have an existing practice
Whether you work with Zhineng Qigong, Mingjue, or another tradition,
N-Tone integrates naturally. No prior Qigong experience is required - success depends on the precision of your chanting, not your background.
You want something you can carry into daily life
N-Tone is not confined to a cushion. You will learn how to chant in sitting, standing, walking, and ordinary movement - so the practice becomes a continuous state, not an isolated session.
You are drawn to the deeper dimensions of healing
N-Tone chanting directly supports the Ru-Ding state - a deep, stable stillness in which automatic regulation of qi occurs and the body's natural healing capacity activates. You will learn what this state is and how to approach it.
No Prior Experience Required
Success with N-Tone Chanting does not depend on any prior Qigong or meditation background.
It depends on one thing: the precision of your chanting. That is what this course teaches.
- Physical limitations are not a barrier. The practice can be done seated, standing, lying down, or in movement.
- No specialist knowledge is assumed. The course begins from the origin of the method and builds methodically.
- The only technical requirement is the ability to watch video recordings on a computer or device.
