What is N-Tone Chanting?

N-Tone is the practice of chanting one single sound - N - over and over, in a relaxed and steady rhythm.

That's it. No complicated techniques. No beliefs to adopt. Just the sound, and your awareness of it.

Dr. Pang Ming, one of China's most respected Qigong masters, developed this practice and calls it the most direct path he knows back to the true self - the part of you that is steady, clear, and free, underneath everything that happens in a day.

When you chant N and stay with it, something gradually settles. The thoughts quiet. The body relaxes. And what remains is simply the awareness of being here - calm, present, yourself.

Teacher Xu Junhui has practiced and taught N-Tone exclusively for over 30 years. He says it works on every level at once - body, energy, and consciousness - and that anyone can do it, regardless of experience or background.

You don't need to understand it to feel it work.

You just need to begin.

How to prepare:

You join muted.

A recording guides the session.

You chant N out loud - rhythmically at first, staying in the rhythm as the sound becomes quieter.

No camera needed.

No preparation beyond arriving and sitting still.

Ten minutes is enough. The field is the same whether you stay for ten minutes or the full hour.

What builds it is returning - again and again, one morning at a time.
