Deposit & Payment

After registration, a deposit of 3,000 RMB per person is required.

1. Down Payment – 3000 RMB

A 3000 RMB deposit is required to reserve your place.
This confirms your participation and allows the organizing team in China to plan your room and logistics.

2. Remaining Balance – Paid in China

The remaining 19,000 RMB is usually paid in cash upon arrival in China.
This method is simple and avoids international transfer fees.

3. Full Payment Option (If Preferred)

If you prefer not to carry cash or withdraw money in China, you may pay the full 22,000 RMB in advance.
Bank transfer is the smoothest option (also works via Wise).

Important Transfer Note

Some banks and services (such as Wise) may ask whether the recipient is a citizen of Mainland China.

Please select “No.”
Teacher Xu is not a Mainland Chinese citizen, and choosing this option ensures your transfer is processed correctly without delays.

PayPal

PayPal cannot send RMB to China.
USD/EUR payments include a 4.4% PayPal fee, so bank transfer is recommended.

Summary

Cancellation Policy

• Up to three months before the start of the trip: full refund of the deposit
  (bank fees are the responsibility of the payer).

• Up to two months before the start of the trip: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Up to one month before the start of the trip: 20% refund of the deposit.

• Within one month before the start of the trip: no refund of the deposit will be issued.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

• For groups under 10 people: 500 RMB per double room, 900 RMB per single room
  (includes breakfast; lunch and dinner not included).

• For groups over 10 people: full board is included.

Maximum Number of Participants

• With standard sea-view rooms and all double-room occupancy, the hotel can accommodate about 120 participants total
  (Chinese and international combined).

• Additional luxury rooms are available at higher rates for those who wish to upgrade.

Liability Waiver

All participants must sign a liability waiver:

“I am voluntarily participating in this study trip and confirm that I am in good health, able to manage my own affairs, and capable of withstanding the demands of long-distance air travel and intensive training. Should any health issues arise during the study trip, the organizers and hosts will not assume any responsibility. Each participant must consult their physician in advance to determine whether their health condition is suitable for participation in this study trip and in Qigong training.”

Photos & Videos

By joining the seminar, participants agree that photos and videos may be taken during the program.
These may be used by the organizers for documentation and promotional purposes (website, flyers, community updates).

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform the organizers in writing before the seminar begins.
