Choose Your Practice Day
Day 1:Â Cultivating Lightness and Joy
Summary
Before anything else, we prepare the ground. Teacher Wei begins with the simplest and most powerful medicine: laughter. This day explores how joy is not just a feeling — it's a practice. You'll learn why cultivating lightness matters for your heart, how laughter shifts blood flow and qi, and how to begin inviting more light-heartedness into your day — even if life feels heavy right now.
Key Reflection PointÂ
Joy is not waiting for the right conditions. It is a practice you can begin right now — and your heart responds every time you do.
Journal Prompt Where in my day could I genuinely invite more lightness — not as performance, but as medicine?
Day 2: Daily Habits for Vitality
Summary
Healing happens between sessions too. Day 2 looks at the everyday choices that either nourish or deplete your heart qi — sleep, fasting, diet, what you consume through screens and social media, and the people you spend time with. Teacher Wei offers practical, gentle guidance for shifting habits in ways that actually stick, starting with small steps that build real change
Key Reflection Point
Your heart is like a garden. What you bring near it — food, rest, noise, company — either nourishes or depletes it. Every small choice matters.
Journal Prompt What am I feeding my heart today — not just through food, but through what I watch, who I spend time with, and how I rest?
Â
Day 3:Â Understanding Qi & Consciousness
Summary
This is where science and mystery meet. Teacher Wei introduces the relationship between the physical body, the qi form, and pure consciousness — and why working at the level of consciousness creates the deepest healing. You'll also get to know your physical heart more intimately: its structure, its two systems, and how to begin sensing it from the inside.
Key Reflection Point
Your physical body is the last place change shows up — not the first. Healing begins at the level of consciousness, where qi is still fluid and free.
Journal Prompt When I sit quietly and turn my attention inward, what do I notice — and what becomes possible that wasn't before?
Day 4:Â Targeted Heart & Circulation Exercises
Summary
Now the body gets to participate fully. This day moves into the qi gong practices specifically designed for the heart and circulatory system — including Chen Qi, the Open-Close method, Lower Dantian breathing, and more. Teacher Wei guides you through exercises that support blood flow, release stagnation, and strengthen the heart's energetic field. This is your core practice toolkit.
Key Reflection Point
The body knows how to heal. These exercises don't impose change from the outside — they invite the body's own intelligence to move, open, and restore.
Journal Prompt What does my heart feel like from the inside right now — and how does that compare to where I began?
Â
Day 5:Â Emotional Release & Forgiveness
Summary
The heart holds what the mind tries to forget. Day 5 goes into the emotional roots of heart disease — the grief, fear, anger, and old attachments that create blockages over time. Through meditation, reflection, and movement, Teacher Wei guides you in releasing these patterns: forgiving yourself, forgiving others, and beginning to cultivate the unconditional love that heals from within.
Key Reflection Point
Every unresolved emotion lives somewhere in the body. This is not a problem — it is an invitation. The heart that learns to feel deeply is the heart that learns to heal deeply.
Journal Prompt What emotion keeps returning — and what might it be asking me to finally acknowledge?
Â
Day 6:Â Addressing Genetic or Pre-Birth Challenges
Summary
For those with heart conditions that began before birth, or that run in the family — this day is for you. Teacher Wei explains how even deeply rooted morphological or genetic challenges can be supported through qi practice. You'll explore how to use deep consciousness states, the sound "Xuuuu," and the merging of personal and universal qi to bring healing to the cellular level.
Key Reflection Point
No condition is beyond the reach of consciousness. What we are born with is not the limit of what is possible.
Journal Prompt What would change if I stopped seeing my heart as broken — and began relating to it as responsive?
Â
Day 7:Â Daily Routine Suggestion
Summary
Everything you've learned now becomes a living practice. Day 7 helps you design a daily rhythm that fits your life — choosing the meditations, exercises, and lifestyle shifts that work best for your condition and schedule. Teacher Wei emphasises consistency over intensity: small daily practice, shared when possible, is what transforms health over time.Â
Key Reflection Point
Transformation is not built in big moments. It is built in small, consistent acts of return — back to practice, back to presence, back to yourself.
Journal Prompt What is one small practice I can commit to daily — and what will help me stay with it when life gets busy?
